Each Sondre chair is numbered and unique due to the natural variation in reclaimed wood sourced from local waste streams.
You may choose your preferred seat material: reclaimed wood or natural cork bark. You can also decide whether you prefer chairs made from pure wood only, or from wood that still carries traces of colorful paint from its previous life.
The final appearance of each chair remains a surprise until delivery.

You have the option to cancel or return your order starting from the day you place it until 14 days after receiving your items, except for products made on demand. If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must send a clear notification to FjordMoods before the withdrawal period expires, following the instructions provided here. Please include your name, address, and relevant details such as your order number, invoice number, and the product name in your message.
If you exercise your right of cancellation, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs and for ensuring the product’s condition. The return and financial responsibility rest with you until it reaches us, so we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Make sure to attach the return label to the outside of the package, ensuring the original address label is covered.
The item must be returned within 14 days from the date you informed FjordMoods of your decision to withdraw. It should be well-packaged, in good condition, and in its original box or packaging. This means the product should not be damaged, soiled, torn, wrinkled, altered, or folded, and any tags or labels must remain intact.
When you cancel your purchase, FjordMoods will refund the amount you paid for the product, but not the shipping costs. FjordMoods reserves the right to reduce the refund amount if the product has been handled more than necessary to assess its function or characteristics, leading to a decrease in its value.
FjordMoods will process the refund without undue delay, no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or you have provided proof of return, such as a delivery receipt. The refund will be made via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon or if an issue prevents such a refund.
We ship all over Norway and to Europe.
Shipping options and costs for orders are calculated individually and based on factors like size, weight, and destination.
The delivery times provided on our website are estimates and may change. During checkout, you’ll be given an approximate delivery time, and we’ll keep you updated regularly on any changes to your order's delivery schedule.
Chairs can be shipped assembled or flat-packed.
We are committed to minimizing our environmental impact, which is why we offer to ship chairs flat-packed. This efficient packaging reduces excess space and cuts down on unnecessary emissions. However this does require assembly done upon delivery.
FjordMoods reserves the right to charge a fee if the package is not picked up, to cover return shipping and handling costs.
For orders within Norway, shipping is done on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning all applicable taxes and duties are already included in the total price.
For orders to Europe shipping is on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, which means taxes and duties are not included in the price you pay at checkout. As a result, your package may be subject to additional taxes or import fees, which will be determined by local customs or the shipping provider. We are unable to estimate the exact charges, as these are imposed by national customs based on your postal code. FjordMoods does not cover any of these taxes, duties, or related fees. Any taxes or duties on packages that are refused or left unclaimed will not be reimbursed by FjordMoods.
FjordMoods is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as widespread labor strikes, severe weather conditions, pandemics, acts of war, fire, lightning strikes, terrorist activities, changes in government regulations, technical issues, failures in power, telecommunications, or computer systems, or delays and defects in services provided by our subcontractors due to any of the circumstances mentioned.
In such cases, FjordMoods is exempt from liability for damages or other consequences.
If such a situation arises, FjordMoods will notify the customer at the start and end of the event.
If the situation persists for more than two months, both the customer and FjordMoods have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.
